This session will begin with a presentation on the concept of IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Anti-Racism) and its relevance to psychiatric education. AAP members are invited to share their thoughts on how an IDEA committee can incorporate these values in AAP. The session is open to all AAP members. The session will be discussion-focused.
