2021-22 AAP Virtual Education ProgramNovember 9, 2020 - June 14, 20224:00 pm - 6:00 pm (central time) 2nd Tuesday of each month (see below for session dates)
Has post-AAP Annual Meeting slump set in? Are you feeling disconnected from academia? Is the Post-Pandemic drudgery wearing you down? Have no fear, because we have procured the perfect potion: The AAP Virtual Education Program Series is continuing! This year's theme is Transfiguring Psychiatric Education in a Post-Pandemic World. We have 8 magical meetings on a variety of topics, focusing on both practical spells (e.g., Freedom from PowerPoint and Modernizing Journal Club) as well as transformative topics including antiracism, burnout, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. As always, despite the virtual nature, these workshops will be interactive and collaborative. We hope you will join us for all of these stimulating sessions! Mischief managed.
AAP is pleased to provide this online opportunity for academic psychiatrists and their colleagues to connect and collaborate through the AAP Virtual Education Program. Eight educational sessions will be offered on the second Tuesday of the month with the educational session from 4:00pm - 5:00pm (central time) and flexible time for questions and moderated discussion afterward.
Join your colleagues to learn more about and discuss the following important topics:
